About Genetix NPP 100mg
NPP is nandrolone with a short phenylpropionate ester. It does the same thing as Deca but clears within days instead of weeks.

How it works
Nandrolone acts on androgen and progesterone receptors, raises red blood cells and strongly suppresses natural testosterone.
Half-life: about 2-3 days.

Clinical reference dose
Clinical reference: nandrolone phenylpropionate is no longer sold as a medicine in Canada or the US. Older labels used 25–100 mg once a week, mostly for advanced breast cancer in women.

Injection sites
NPP 100mg is an oil-based injection made for intramuscular (IM) use: deep into a large muscle, not under the skin and never into a vein. Like every injectable we sell, it is made in MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides), a lighter, thinner oil than the grapeseed or cottonseed oil many labs use, so it draws up and pushes through a 25G needle more easily.

Finding it. Put the heel of your hand on the bony point at the top of the outer thigh (greater trochanter), index finger on the front hip bone (anterior superior iliac spine) and spread the middle finger back along the hip crest. The injection goes in the middle of the V between those two fingers.
Why people choose it. Nursing guidance now treats this as the preferred deep-muscle site for adults: thick muscle, a thin and predictable fat layer, and no major nerves or blood vessels in the target zone.
Watch out. Takes practice to find the landmarks on yourself; use a mirror or have someone help the first few times.

Finding it. Split the thigh between the hip and the knee into thirds; use the middle third, on the outer side of the front of the thigh.
Why people choose it. The easiest large muscle to reach and see when injecting yourself, seated, with good muscle bulk and well away from the major nerves and vessels.
Watch out. Stay on the outer side: the femoral nerve, artery and vein run along the inner front of the thigh. Some people feel it when walking for a day or two.

Finding it. Find the bony tip of the shoulder (acromion); the site is the thickest part of the muscle about 2.5–5 cm (2–3 finger widths) below it, centred on the side of the arm.
Why people choose it. Quick to reach and easy to expose, which is why vaccines go here. Good for small volumes.
Watch out. A small muscle: larger volumes hurt and can leak back. The axillary and radial nerves run below the safe zone, so do not go low on the arm.

Finding it. The traditional "upper outer quarter of the buttock".
Why people choose it. Large muscle and familiar, so many older guides still show it.
Watch out. Most nursing guidance has moved away from it: the sciatic nerve and superior gluteal artery are close by, and the fat layer is thicker, so the oil may not reach the muscle. The ventrogluteal site gives the same glute muscle mass with less risk.
Why these sites for NPP 100mg
Intramuscular (IM)- Biggest muscles first. Short-ester oils (propionate, acetate, phenylpropionate) are the ones most often reported to sting and leave the muscle sore. People lean towards the largest muscles, ventrogluteal and outer thigh, and keep the deltoid for small volumes.
- Rotate more. Short esters clear quickly, so they are injected more often than long esters. More injections means rotating across more sites, left and right, so each one fully settles before it is used again.
- Warm MCT oil flows best. Rolling the vial between your hands for a minute brings the oil to body temperature so it pushes more smoothly. Never heat it in water or a microwave.
Every time: wash your hands, wipe the vial top and the skin with alcohol and let it dry, use a new sterile needle and syringe, and never share. Get medical help for spreading redness, heat, swelling, pus, fever, numbness or pain that keeps getting worse. Are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have prostate or breast cancer, heart or kidney disease.
