I don't eat for taste you know I just eat for fuel, that's it I eat to get big, I don't care what it tastes like Anything for calories, That's why I think I've been so succesful I've been very open-minded with my training and most importantly my diet Like I said before I think diet is 80-90% of being a profesional bodybuilder You can't train like a horse and eat like a bird This rice cooker runs 24/7 That pasta gave me A PUMP I keep myself in this STRIKING ZONE So then when I do start back, dieting And I start adding them meals in My bodyweight goes naturally back up But then I start cutting back down And I come in every single year RIGHT ON THE MONEY I'm talking ounces Let's just get BIG! No hamburger FISH You can't just get results overnight Alright so this is meal number 5 5'O Clock 4 more meals to go I put on two pounds since yesterday, so I'm on my way back up Start bumping up my fats a little bit My bodyweight is just starting to climb now I may lose a little condition but that's ok When I'm dieting for a show it's a very very strict lifestyle I mean I'm up at 5 in the morning I'm training twice a day And I'm basically sleeping and eating and TUNNEL VISIONED There's no world, and THAT'S IT That's how I have to be to get ready for these shows Here we are post-training HARD WORK PAYS OFF Because if I'm not eating If I'm not sleeping If I'm not doing the right thing Then I won't win
Placings have never bothered me So whether I finished ninth in a show or second or 15th in the Olympia I just enjoy competing and training mostly Whether I place 9th, second or win a show As long as I'm in my best shape I can do well Big shoulders, big arms, tiny waist, huge legs When I started bodybuilding that's what I thought bodybuilding should be And you have all these people saying well that's overdone You know you shouldn't look like that But yet those people who say that are the ones who normally can't achieve it so that's why they say it Now bodybuilding is a long term sport People wanna get into bodybuilding and they have been training 6 months, 8 months, nothing is happening What am I doing wrong? But bodybuilding takes years Stick with it you know Some years, some months you might not see anything change The weights might not change, but then you just keep persevering Next month it will probably kick off again It's one of the things just give it time and train hard It WILL happen but it just takes time What I do love of bodybuilding is just that freaky look about them where you can't really believe that I look human So that's what I wanna look like eventually If I wasn't getting paid to do this I would still do this because I love the sport, it's not the money that makes me do it If I'm gonna come dead last, as long as the crowd is happy well that's all I'm happy about The most freakiest bodybuilder I've ever seen in person was Lee Priest at the time He was like 20, bro And he was fkn INSANE BIG He was crazy big, I've never seen anything like that The guy couldn't even walk he was so big I was like this kid is basically my age UNBELIEVEABLY BIG I've never seen anything like that in my entire life
You know, Ronnie Coleman C'mon, he is the king Ronnie will always be the king I hope to look safe at the person who will beat his best physique ever I mean, I just don't foresee that This sport is about progressing And I'm here just like everybody else, I'm on the dog and trying to get better and do better Ain't nobody else in here do this!!!
