About Zionova Cialis 50mg
Tadalafil (Cialis) is a PDE5 inhibitor for erectile dysfunction. It lasts much longer than sildenafil, up to about 36 hours.

How it works
It blocks PDE5, so blood vessels in the penis stay relaxed for longer during arousal. It does nothing without sexual stimulation.
Half-life: about 17.5 hours.

How levels rise and fall after a single dose, based on a half-life of about 17.5 hours. Each mark on the axis is one half-life; after about five, almost none is left.

Clinical reference dose
Clinical reference: the label dose is 10 mg before sex (5–20 mg range), no more than once a day, or 2.5–5 mg once daily. 20 mg a day is the maximum.

- Compared with sildenafil (Viagra): tadalafil lasts far longer; sildenafil works faster and wears off sooner.
- Combination tablets (sildenafil + tadalafil) exist in our range, but taking two PDE5 inhibitors adds up the blood-pressure effect.
- Never take two separate ED medicines on the same day.
Interactions to know
- Nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide, “poppers”): dangerous blood-pressure drop. Never combine.
- Alpha-blockers and blood-pressure medicines: dizziness and fainting.
- Ketoconazole, ritonavir, grapefruit: raise tadalafil levels.
Tell your doctor and pharmacist about everything you take, including supplements, before adding anything new.
Side effects and risks
Low blood pressure
Dizziness and fainting, especially with alcohol.
Priapism
An erection lasting over 4 hours is an emergency.
Back and muscle pain
Common with tadalafil and harmless, but can last a day.
Vision and hearing
Sudden loss of vision or hearing: stop and get help.
Don’t use it if you
Take nitrates, have been told sex is unsafe for your heart, had a recent heart attack or stroke, or have very low blood pressure.
