About Zionova Nolvadex 20mg
Tamoxifen (Nolvadex) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). It is a standard breast-cancer medicine and is used off-label in men for gynecomastia and to restart natural testosterone.

How it works
Tamoxifen blocks estrogen at the breast and the brain. Blocking it at the hypothalamus and pituitary raises LH and FSH, which tells the testes to make testosterone and sperm again.

- Compared with clomiphene (Clomid): both are SERMs; tamoxifen tends to cause fewer vision and mood side effects.

Interactions to know

Hot flashes, low mood and reduced libido can occur.
