About Zionova Sustanon 250
Sustanon 250 is a blend of four testosterone esters: propionate, phenylpropionate, isocaproate and decanoate. The short esters act fast and the long one keeps working, so the blend covers about three weeks.

How it works
Each ester releases ordinary testosterone at a different speed. The effects are the same as any testosterone: androgen receptor activation, more red blood cells, partial conversion to estradiol, and suppression of your own production.
Clinical reference dose
Clinical reference: where Sustanon 250 is approved for low testosterone, the label dose is 1 ml (250 mg) every three weeks. Levels peak in the first days and dip before the next shot, which is why many doctors now prefer weekly single esters.

Injection sites
Sustanon 250 is an oil-based injection made for intramuscular (IM) use: deep into a large muscle, not under the skin and never into a vein. Like every injectable we sell, it is made in MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides), a lighter, thinner oil than the grapeseed or cottonseed oil many labs use, so it draws up and pushes through a 25G needle more easily.

Finding it. Put the heel of your hand on the bony point at the top of the outer thigh (greater trochanter), index finger on the front hip bone (anterior superior iliac spine) and spread the middle finger back along the hip crest. The injection goes in the middle of the V between those two fingers.
Why people choose it. Nursing guidance now treats this as the preferred deep-muscle site for adults: thick muscle, a thin and predictable fat layer, and no major nerves or blood vessels in the target zone.
Watch out. Takes practice to find the landmarks on yourself; use a mirror or have someone help the first few times.

Finding it. Split the thigh between the hip and the knee into thirds; use the middle third, on the outer side of the front of the thigh.
Why people choose it. The easiest large muscle to reach and see when injecting yourself, seated, with good muscle bulk and well away from the major nerves and vessels.
Watch out. Stay on the outer side: the femoral nerve, artery and vein run along the inner front of the thigh. Some people feel it when walking for a day or two.

Finding it. Find the bony tip of the shoulder (acromion); the site is the thickest part of the muscle about 2.5–5 cm (2–3 finger widths) below it, centred on the side of the arm.
Why people choose it. Quick to reach and easy to expose, which is why vaccines go here. Good for small volumes.
Watch out. A small muscle: larger volumes hurt and can leak back. The axillary and radial nerves run below the safe zone, so do not go low on the arm.

Finding it. The traditional "upper outer quarter of the buttock".
Why people choose it. Large muscle and familiar, so many older guides still show it.
Watch out. Most nursing guidance has moved away from it: the sciatic nerve and superior gluteal artery are close by, and the fat layer is thicker, so the oil may not reach the muscle. The ventrogluteal site gives the same glute muscle mass with less risk.
Why these sites for Sustanon 250
Intramuscular (IM)- Biggest muscles first. Short-ester oils (propionate, acetate, phenylpropionate) are the ones most often reported to sting and leave the muscle sore. People lean towards the largest muscles, ventrogluteal and outer thigh, and keep the deltoid for small volumes.
- Rotate more. Short esters clear quickly, so they are injected more often than long esters. More injections means rotating across more sites, left and right, so each one fully settles before it is used again.
- Warm MCT oil flows best. Rolling the vial between your hands for a minute brings the oil to body temperature so it pushes more smoothly. Never heat it in water or a microwave.
Every time: wash your hands, wipe the vial top and the skin with alcohol and let it dry, use a new sterile needle and syringe, and never share. Get medical help for spreading redness, heat, swelling, pus, fever, numbness or pain that keeps getting worse. - hCG and aromatase inhibitors are used as with any testosterone, guided by bloodwork.
- The decanoate ester lingers for weeks, which matters when timing anything after you stop.
Interactions to know
- Warfarin: INR can rise.
- Diabetes medicines: blood sugar may fall.
- Peanut allergy: the original Sustanon brand used arachis (peanut) oil. Every injectable we sell, this one included, is made in MCT oil, with no peanut oil.
Tell your doctor and pharmacist about everything you take, including supplements, before adding anything new.
Side effects and risks
Uneven levels
The fast esters give a spike, which can mean more estrogen side effects early on.
Shutdown
Natural testosterone and sperm production fall and can take months to recover.
Blood and heart
Higher hematocrit and blood pressure, lower HDL.
Injection safety
Use a new sterile needle and syringe every time, wipe the stopper and skin with alcohol, and never share. Redness, heat or swelling that gets worse after a day or two can mean infection and needs a doctor.
Don’t use it if you
Are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have prostate or breast cancer, a high red blood cell count, or serious heart, liver or kidney disease.
