How it works
Both block PDE5. Sildenafil acts within an hour and fades after a few hours; tadalafil keeps working for up to 36 hours.
Clinical reference dose
Clinical reference: there is no approved combination dose. Separately, the labels are sildenafil 25–100 mg and tadalafil 5–20 mg, each at most once a day. The amounts in this tablet are within those ranges on their own, but their effects add up.
Because two PDE5 inhibitors are combined, blood-pressure effects are stronger than either alone.
