About Zionova Anavar
Oxandrolone (Anavar) is a mild oral steroid that was prescribed for weight regain after surgery, burns and severe infections, and for bone pain from osteoporosis.

How it works
It binds androgen receptors, does not convert to estrogen and has strong effects on protein synthesis and nitrogen balance. Like all oral 17-alpha-alkylated steroids, it passes through the liver.

- Warfarin: oxandrolone strongly raises INR; bleeding has been reported. This is a serious interaction.
