About Zionova Aromasin 20mg
Exemestane (Aromasin) is a steroidal aromatase inhibitor that permanently disables the aromatase enzyme it binds to. It is a breast-cancer medicine.

How it works
It binds aromatase irreversibly (“suicide inhibitor”), so estradiol stays lower until the body makes new enzyme.

Clinical reference dose
Clinical reference: the breast-cancer label dose is 25 mg once a day after a meal. Off-label use in men is much lower and should follow estradiol bloodwork.

- Never combined with another aromatase inhibitor.
Interactions to know
- Estrogen-containing medicines counteract it.
