About Genetix Testosterone 400
This is a concentrated testosterone blend (testosterone enanthate and cypionate) at 400 mg per ml. The higher concentration means less oil per injection, but also less room for error when measuring.

How it works
Both esters release ordinary testosterone over several days. It acts on androgen receptors, raises red blood cells, partly converts to estradiol and DHT, and shuts down natural production while used.
Clinical reference dose
Clinical reference: there is no prescription product at this concentration. The medical range for testosterone is the same as for enanthate or cypionate: about 75–100 mg a week for replacement, adjusted with bloodwork.

At 400 mg per ml. Measure oil with a 1 ml or 3 ml syringe marked in 0.1 ml steps; for volumes this small, a 1 ml syringe is more accurate.
At 400 mg/ml, small measuring mistakes become large dose mistakes. Use a syringe with fine markings.

Injection sites
Testosterone 400 is an oil-based injection made for intramuscular (IM) use: deep into a large muscle, not under the skin and never into a vein. Like every injectable we sell, it is made in MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides), a lighter, thinner oil than the grapeseed or cottonseed oil many labs use, so it draws up and pushes through a 25G needle more easily.

Finding it. Put the heel of your hand on the bony point at the top of the outer thigh (greater trochanter), index finger on the front hip bone (anterior superior iliac spine) and spread the middle finger back along the hip crest. The injection goes in the middle of the V between those two fingers.
Why people choose it. Nursing guidance now treats this as the preferred deep-muscle site for adults: thick muscle, a thin and predictable fat layer, and no major nerves or blood vessels in the target zone.
Watch out. Takes practice to find the landmarks on yourself; use a mirror or have someone help the first few times.

Finding it. Split the thigh between the hip and the knee into thirds; use the middle third, on the outer side of the front of the thigh.
Why people choose it. The easiest large muscle to reach and see when injecting yourself, seated, with good muscle bulk and well away from the major nerves and vessels.
Watch out. Stay on the outer side: the femoral nerve, artery and vein run along the inner front of the thigh. Some people feel it when walking for a day or two.

Finding it. Find the bony tip of the shoulder (acromion); the site is the thickest part of the muscle about 2.5–5 cm (2–3 finger widths) below it, centred on the side of the arm.
Why people choose it. Quick to reach and easy to expose, which is why vaccines go here. Good for small volumes.
Watch out. A small muscle: larger volumes hurt and can leak back. The axillary and radial nerves run below the safe zone, so do not go low on the arm.

Finding it. The traditional "upper outer quarter of the buttock".
Why people choose it. Large muscle and familiar, so many older guides still show it.
Watch out. Most nursing guidance has moved away from it: the sciatic nerve and superior gluteal artery are close by, and the fat layer is thicker, so the oil may not reach the muscle. The ventrogluteal site gives the same glute muscle mass with less risk.
Why these sites for Testosterone 400
Intramuscular (IM)- Biggest muscles first. High-concentration blends like this are among the oils most often reported to cause post-injection soreness. People lean towards the largest muscles, ventrogluteal and outer thigh, and keep the deltoid for small volumes.
- Rotate more. Short esters clear quickly, so they are injected more often than long esters. More injections means rotating across more sites, left and right, so each one fully settles before it is used again.
- Warm MCT oil flows best. Rolling the vial between your hands for a minute brings the oil to body temperature so it pushes more smoothly. Never heat it in water or a microwave.
Every time: wash your hands, wipe the vial top and the skin with alcohol and let it dry, use a new sterile needle and syringe, and never share. Get medical help for spreading redness, heat, swelling, pus, fever, numbness or pain that keeps getting worse. - Compared with 250 mg/ml enanthate or cypionate, which are easier to measure for low doses.
- hCG and aromatase inhibitors have the same roles as with any testosterone, guided by bloodwork.
- High-concentration oils can sting more; some people dilute volume across two sites.
Interactions to know

Dosing errors
At this strength, 0.1 ml is 40 mg. Misreading a syringe changes the dose a lot.
Shutdown and fertility
Natural production and sperm counts drop while you use it.

Higher hematocrit and blood pressure, lower HDL.
Injection irritation
Concentrated oils need more solvent and can cause post-injection pain.
Injection safety
Use a new sterile needle and syringe every time, wipe the stopper and skin with alcohol, and never share. Redness, heat or swelling that gets worse after a day or two can mean infection and needs a doctor.
Don’t use it if you
Are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have prostate or breast cancer, a high red blood cell count, or serious heart, liver or kidney disease.

Is 400 mg/ml stronger testosterone?
No. It is the same hormone, just more of it in each ml. The weekly amount is what matters.
Why does it sting?
High concentrations need more benzyl benzoate to stay dissolved, which can irritate tissue.
