How it works
It blocks estrogen feedback at the hypothalamus, so the pituitary releases more LH and FSH, which stimulates the testes.
Half-life: about 5 days.

Clinical reference: the label for women is 50 mg a day for 5 days per cycle. In men, doctors prescribing off-label commonly use 12.5–50 mg a day or every other day, adjusted with testosterone and estradiol bloodwork.
