Ingredients

Method

  1. Line a tray or large plate with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, stir the oats, protein powder, ground flaxseed and chopped dark chocolate together.

  3. Add the peanut butter, honey and milk and mix with a sturdy spoon, then with your hands, until it holds together when squeezed. If crumbly, add milk 1 tsp at a time; if sticky, add 1 tbsp more oats.

  4. Roll into 24 balls, about 1 heaped tablespoon each, and set them on the tray. Damp hands stop the mix sticking.

  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Two balls are one serving. Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for 1 week or the freezer for 3 months.

Tips

  • Wet your hands slightly so the mixture does not stick.
