For hard gainers and heavy bulking phases: this is a calorie-maximum meal, not an everyday plate. Pancakes with syrup, eggs, egg whites, bacon, sausage and ham, with a tall glass of whole milk.
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, turning, until crisp. Drain.
Shape the sausage into four thin patties and cook in the bacon fat over medium heat for 4 minutes per side, until 71°C (160°F) in the centre. Warm the ham alongside for the last 2 minutes.
Mix the pancake mix with water as the package directs.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat, spray and cook 4 large pancakes for about 2 minutes per side until golden.
Whisk the eggs and egg whites and scramble in the butter over medium-low heat, stirring slowly, until just set, about 4 minutes.
Pile everything onto a platter, pour the syrup over the pancakes and serve with the milk.
